I’m so glad you’re here!

Fellow seeker. Sojourner. Traveler. Pilgrim.

Fellow seeker. Sojourner. Traveler. Pilgrim.

You who are not afraid of the deep dive.

Who knows what mysteries, wonderings, and adventures await us!

The journey is ours for the taking.

You who are not afraid of the deep dive.

Let’s draw in a nice long breath and jump in!

The journey is ours for the taking.

Deep listening, deep knowing, deep peace, deep trust—here we come!

Let’s draw in a nice long breath and jump in!

My heart leaps for joy at our crossing!

Deep listening, deep knowing, deep peace, deep trust—here we come!

Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!

* This is a pantoum poem. The pantoum originated in Malaysia in the fifteenth century as a short folk poem with a repetitive style that was often recited or sung. The pantoum is a poem of any length, composed of four-line stanzas in which each stanza’s second and fourth lines serve as the next stanza’s first and third lines. The last line of a pantoum is often the same as the first.

Our Journey Awaits

seasons of change

People come to Spiritual Direction/Companionship in different seasons of their lives. Sometimes it’s a season of transition and change. A season of pain and bewilderment. Of healing, growth, and new life. Sometimes it’s a season of lying follow and wondering about what’s next for you. All of this and so much more is the pure embodiment of spiritual direction/companionship. It’s meeting you in whatever season you’re in to be a witness to the divine reality within you and to help shine light on connection and sustenance for your journey.

“Walking and talking with Tessie, I was inwardly aware of something I knew was missing in me. Something I was searching for and not sure where to find. As we shared – like friends and sojourners, I knew I was right where I should be.  I began to notice that what  I thought was missing seemed eager to be found, if not nestled quietly in the background already.”
